With rental applications, we usually collect:

- If you are a renter or prospective renter, we collect personal information for the purpose of assessing the risk of providing you with a tenancy, processing your rental application, preparing the lease or rental agreement, collecting rental payments and other purposes related to the establishment or management of your tenancy, including the connection of utilities.
In the case of property owners or purchasers, we usually need to collect:
- Contact Numbers, email address, residential address and address of additional owned properties
- If an accident or crime occurs and the property sustains damage we need to provide information to relevant authorities, including but not limited to ambulance and hospital staff, police, and insurers
- information about the property; if we are providing advice about property for investment purposes
- If you are a property owner, we collect personal information for the purpose of managing or selling your property or property portfolio and providing you with related services.
- If you are a purchaser or prospective purchaser, we collect personal information for the purpose of keeping you updated during the purchase process and keeping you up to date with new properties coming to market
- If you are purchasing a property we manage, we collect personal information for the purpose of managing tenancy changes arising from the change of ownership.
